Who is our affordable accommodation for?

Our accommodation has been purpose-built for post-secondary students of all ages studying at university, TAFE or as an apprentice or trainee.

You don’t have to be from Albany to be eligible, but you must be:

  • 16 years of age or above
  • Studying full-time, part-time or online in a post-secondary course.

What if you’re not a student?

While our accommodation is primarily for students, it is also available (on a discretionary basis) to visiting academics and people participating in short-term education or professional development programs, availability permitting. For more information, please get in touch.
